Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Please be sure to write your name, order number, and request on the package, and be sure to RECORD AND EMAIL US THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGE. We do not have a problem with returns and we will process them immediately.
